What’s up everybody. It’s our Win It Minute for the day and today I want to start with one of my favorite quotes that says, “If you look at what you have in life, you’ll find you always have more.” And I read this article and the author said that 95% of all human problems stem from a negative mindset. If that’s true then it’s your job to feed your mind positivity and to black out negative thoughts because sometimes negativity and the outside world blocks your vision to reality, and you’ve got to be able to notice possibilities and opportunities right in front of you.

Great example of this, the other night I was driving down the freeway and the person behind me had either their high beams on or they had those new fancy halogen lights, I don’t know, but whatever it was, it was kind of blinding me and I was getting frustrated and angry. And I was like, what is that person doing? Turn your high beams off. Why you doing this to me? And then I realized in your rear view mirror, there’s a little thing that you can actually push, and it comes down. And it blacks out high beam light from car lamps. And that’s exactly what you have to do in your life sometimes. When you’re facing negativity or reading stuff on the outside that’s negative on social media, in the news, whatever it may be, or other people’s thoughts or judgments.

Sometimes you’ve got to just flip down that visor and block out that negative vision and change your mindset because you can actually change your thoughts and beliefs with a choice. And if you do that, you can build brick by brick, momentum in your life, positive momentum because it’s your job to feed your mind positive things and to look at things in a positive light and to shield out the negativity around the world. And that’s what you have to do to win today. #Wintheday #Winitminute
