Thanks for joining us for another Win It Minute. Today, I’m going to tell about the question that everybody’s asking. Is it going to be okay? Is everything going to be okay? Are we going to go back to normal? Well, that depends on your view. Is everything going to be okay? Yes, but is it going to go back to normal? Probably not. We have a changing world. We may have new normal's come out of this But if you’re willing to adapt and re-frame your mindset, and your perspective, then everything is going to be just fine. But, you have to be able to adapt, willing to shift your mindset. The one thing I’m learning right now is, with being quarantined at home, everybody’s going on social media constantly, and you realize that Instagram and Facebook, they actually have algorithms, and those algorithms feed you more of the information that you click on and you read, and that you express interest in. They know, Facebook and Instagram and the other social media platform know what you’re interested and what gets your attention, and it feeds you more of what you’re interested in or show interest in.

If there’s a certain friend that you’re interacting with, it’ll give you more of what that friend’s doing. If there’s certain news articles you’re reading, you’ll get more ads and stuff based upon those news articles, and you’ll get more things based upon what you’re interested in. Well, your brain works the exact same way. Is your emotional energy right now focused on the right things, because you have to realize that your brain is doing the exact same thing, as it actually has an even a stronger algorithm. What you’re focused on, what you’re attuned to, it’s going to notice more of, and your brain is going to reconcile that in your mind. If you’re focused on fear, and being scared, and limitations, and lack, and stuff like that, you’re going to notice more of the bad things going on. But, if you’re focused on trying to see the positive, being grateful for all the opportunities you have, you’ll see more of that as well.

I’ve been reading tons of articles about people doing great things, helping neighbors out. I just saw Drew Brees, a quarterback for the New Orleans Saints, just gave $5 million to the State of Louisiana to help. I mean, people are doing unbelievable things…
