What’s up, everybody? It’s our Win it Minute for the day, today, I’m so fired up and the quote I want to jump into says, “If all you did was look for things to appreciate, you would live a joyously spectacular life.” It’s a perfect time to look for things to be grateful for because their are a lot things around us that remind us our daily obstacles and it’s easy to focus on those. You got to realize that being grateful unlocks the key to success in so many areas of life. If you’re looking for things to be grateful for, you’ll find it. If you’re looking for things to be unhappy about or fearful about, you’ll truly find that, as well. It’s all in the way you look at things and view things and interpret it.

Sometimes, you get to realize, are your obligations real or imagined? Sometimes, the bad workouts are often the most important ones. It’s easy to train and go to the gym or to eat right when you’re feeling good, but it’s crucial to show up when you don’t feel like it, maybe after eating all day because your stuck at home or missing a whole week of workouts. It’s harder to get back into the routine, but getting a workout in no matter where, even just for five minutes might not transform your body, but it transforms your identity and the you feel about yourself.
